• Question: If Einstein would not have died, do you think the time machine he was building would have worked?

      If Einstein had lived longer then who knows what he would have come up with, but I doubt he would have created a time machine. Lots of very clever people have been working in science since Einstein and I don’t think any of them have built a working time machine.

      That doesn’t mean it will never happen, but science is a gradual process, with each new generation building on the work that previous scientists did. We know a lot more now than we did when Einstein died, and by the time we die then the human race will know even more. So maybe at some point it could be possible…

      Einstein was building a time machine?! I think he might have just climbed even higher up my list of top 10 scientists of all time 🙂

      But sadly, I don’t think he was that smart that’d he’d have finished it – I mean no-one else has managed to make his design work yet, have they?

      Maybe we need a new generation of scientists to have a go….
