• Question: DO YOU LIKE DIVING?

      Hi jonmoore!

      I’ve only done free-diving so far – where you dive with just a snorkel and a mask so you can only get to a few metres down. But that was absolutely amazing as I was diving a few metres down to look at all the sea creatures that lived in a coral reef in Jamaica.

      I’d love to learn to scuba-dive, but first I need to save up some money and pay for the qualification!

      It’s funny, I have a real fear of deep water – but I absolutely love the oceans!

    ah right, i have done a couple of scupa dives and they are amazing, get your license asap 🙂

    Hi jonmoore, I’ve done a lot of swimming and snorkelling and a bit of scuba diving in a swimming pool. My dad does a lot of diving – he really likes going and looking around old sunken shipwrecks.

    I’d like to do more, but like Carol going really deep scares me a bit. Maybe being a scientist makes you more aware of the possible dangers involved!?
