• Question: How can you control Stress Levels?

      Yes I believe that you can control stress levels or at least the way that you deal with and perceive stress.

      A lot of people do things which help to relax, like listening to music, playing a musical instrument, sports, watching tv. All of these types of things are really helpful.

      Also some people swear by doing things like yoga and deep breathing exercises.

      It depends what you’re stressed about!

      Sometimes it’s good to take a break and “switch off” by doing something you like.

      Sometimes it’s best to just get the stressful thing out of the way and then you’ll feel clamer knowing it’s dealt with!
