Question: Is your job the job you originally wanted?

I’ve always wanted to do lots of things… which I was told was a bad thing at school. But it’s turned out to be a good thing, because it means there are lots of jobs that I would enjoy!

There’s always been a bit of science in the jobs I’ve wanted to do – but that still means you can do nearly anything! Right now I’m a scientist, but I’m interested in teaching, science communication and journalism… who knows what I’ll do next…

One of my lecturers was an international football referee (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_R._Underhill) – he loved science and football so had two jobs!
