• Question: what came first, the chicken or the egg?

      Hi charllottewilliams,

      You might know that birds evolved from dinosaurs – some scientists even think that the chicken is the closest living relative of the tyrannosaurus rex. Like modern day reptiles and birds, dinosaurs laid eggs, so eggs came first, long before chickens.
