      Hi ivyscience01

I am at the very final stage of my PhD. I have submitted my thesis and have my viva examination in 2 weeks time. :-s

I have passed quite a few qualifications – 9 GCSEs, 5 A-Levels, a degree in Human Biology and Health, a masters in Social Epidemiology and now my PhD (hopefully!)

I did 10 GCSEs at school (3 sciences, 2 x english, maths, geography, history, german and art!).

For AS and A Level I did Maths, Physics, Geography and Politics (I wasn’t always a science person!).

At university I studied “Environmental Geoscience” which was a mixture of geography, geology, earth and environmental studies, with a bit of chemistry and biology.. and awesome mixture!

Now I’m half way through my PhD, trying to become Dr Carol 🙂

Good luck in your exams too! 🙂

Thanks ivyscience! I’m about halfway through my PhD now.

I needed a degree first before I started the course. Hopefully I’ll be finished in a year or two if it all goes well!
