• Question: What sort of micro-organisms do you look at most when your trying to find a cure?

      Hi dynamitefire

      I look at a group of bacteria called gram-positive bacteria. All gram-positive bacteria have the same type of cell wall. The antibiotic that I work on damages the cell wall which kills the bacteria. Nasty superbugs such as MRSA and c.diff are gram-positive bacteria so my antibiotic will kill them.
